Ladies and gentlemen, families and friends, None of us can ever forget that morning two years ago, a morning that changed all of our lives. I will never forget those terrible moments when we wondered what had happened, interminable moments before we learned the fate of our passengers and crew. Then came the shock, desperation and incredulity when we heard the news. Two years have passed and many of us are trying to cope each day with the sorrow and endless personal grief. When my mother had to face difficult moments, she used to say, "O Lord, give me the strength, will and courage." Strength, will and courage: that is what we all need today and in the future.
