Committee´s Annual Members Assembly 2004 and Santa

I would like to communicate to you that the Annual Members Assembly of our Committee will be held on:

Sunday, December 12, 200 At 10:30 AM
Star Hotel Splendido – Via A. Doria – Milan, Italy

As shown in the Committee by Laws, during the Assembly, there will be the elections for the new board.

Who may be interested in participating in the Board, we ask you to send your candidacy to the Committee office by Dec. 2, 2004

The agenda of the day follows:

1) Update by the Board of Directors, presentation of the June 30 accounting report, auditing report
2) Nomination of members for the Board of Directors and checking number of interested people
3) Nominations for the Auditing School

The meetings will begin at 10:30 AM, and will likely conclude at 2:30 PM, and between 12:30 and 1:40 PM there will be a lunch buffet.

On our Internet site we shall have list of candidates for our Board of Directors. It is very important that we stay united and continue to work together to reach our goals we have established. Many of us should participate.

Those who cannot participate, we ask you delegate a person who is attending to vote in your place.

Saint Lucia Holiday

Dear Friends,

This year SAS decided to dedicate to all of us and above all, to our children a special day, which we will organize for Sunday, December 12, our traditional meeting with Saint Lucia,

Another occasion to spend a few hours together and exchange our Christmas holiday wishes. And to add to the holiday, the Lucias from Scandinavia, with its marvellous voice to sing with the beautiful and always moving Christmas music.

The time will be at 3:00 PM in the Hotel Splendido on Via A. Doria in Milan, Italy. Please kindly confirm your presence by December 2. Thank you.

I personally hope to organize our meeting for our children for it to be a beautiful thing and something preserved as long as possible.

For this reason, I warmly invite you all and not just the children to be present at this moment, it is very beautiful to hear our approval and that of our neighbours who do so much for us.
