General Assembly

Dear friends,

A year has passed since we funded our Committee and it is time to held the members’ Annual General Assembly.

In this occasion it will be helded two Assemblies:

1)The Assembly of the Extra-Ordinary members, where some articles of the Statutes of the Committee will be modified;
2)The Assembly of the Ordinary members, where the activities of the Committee, the financial matters until June and all the other items on the agenda will be presented and discussed.

Regarding the Assembly of the Extra-Ordinary members, as a minimum number of participants are not required, it is not compulsory to attend. However, regarding the Assembly of the Ordinary members on the 1st of December, your presence is kindly required.

In case you could not participate, please fill in the delegation form following the agenda of the day.

In order to organise the Assembly of the 1st of December, please let us know your availability and the number of people who will be present by the

18th of November

calling from 11.00 AM to 16.00 PM at the number 0039/02/801027 and after 19.00 PM at the number 0039/338/419195.

The programme of the 1st of December is the following:
11.00 Opening and point 1 on the agenda
13.00 Lunch
14.30 Points 2 and 3 on the agenda

At the closing time, around 16:00, the documentary about our tragedy developed by Mr. Eugenio Costa and Mr. Danilo Romeo will be presented.
